No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. Pets are allowed on request, subject to the stated weight and breed restrictions. Guests should contact the agency one week before arrival with their plane or ship number and arrival time. A refundable €200 security deposit is required.
