- Parking
- One outdoor parking space is available near the building.
- Pets allowed
- Up to two well-behaved pets are allowed on request. Animals must weigh up to 25 kg; dangerous-breed dogs are not allowed. A pet fee is listed.

- The open-plan kitchen has a gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Private poolThe private outdoor pool measures 6 x 4 metres, has a maximum depth of 1.9 metres and a minimum depth of 0.9 metres, and is open from 1 January to 31 December. The pool has views.
