Children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The villa is suitable for events. Christmas and New Year reservations require a 10-night minimum stay. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival and requires guest names and passport numbers. Mandatory resort registration fees are $25 per adult per day and $12 per child aged 4–12 per day; children under 4 are complimentary. Resort fees are paid directly to the resort. A separate 18% service fee applies. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. A security deposit equal to one night's stay applies.
Getting there
Minitas Beach is 0.4 miles away. The Marina is 2.1 miles away; the Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 1.6 miles away; the Tennis Center is 1.4 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 2.8 miles away; and the Shooting Center is 2 miles away. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival for resort access.
