The house

The villa has seven ensuite bedrooms and indoor living and dining areas with air conditioning. Every bedroom has an eco-friendly temperature-regulating mattress, 800-thread-count linens, a Smart TV with cable and an Amazon Echo. A speaker system serves the villa.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Kitchen basics, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and paper towels are provided. Housekeepers, a chef and a butler are included; the chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner with locally inspired and international dishes.

Outside, a one-acre patio provides space for games, sports, gatherings, corporate retreats and events. Facilities include a private pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor shower, tropical gardens, outdoor seating and a lanai or balcony. A washer, dryer, safe, hair dryer, shampoo, linens, hot water and outdoor lighting are also provided.

Required Casa de Campo registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, tennis courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and Minitas Beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center. Optional concierge services include airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, villa meet-and-greet, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, catering, yoga, in-villa massages and additional staff.
