Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of 235 USD applies to stays of 14 nights or longer. Nearby tennis and pickleball facilities carry additional charges: effective September 15, non-member Open Play drop-in sessions change from 10 USD to 15 USD per person, per session. Open Play punch cards cost 90 USD for seven punches or 120 USD for ten punches and cannot be used for reservations. Tennis and pickleball court reservations cost 10 USD per person, per hour. Court guests use QR-code sign-in. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Keauhou Bay is within walking distance. Kua Bay, Makalawena Beach, Keauhou Shopping Center, and historic Kona town are a short drive away. Electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property.
