The house

The home sleeps six and has an open-plan great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and glass sliders opening to a shaded lanai. Indoor dining seats six; the lanai has an outdoor dining table, cushioned seating, loungers, and a private BBQ grill overlooking tropical gardens and golf course greens.

The kitchen has granite counters, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a central island with breakfast-bar seating. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, ice machine, dishes, and utensils.

Each of the three bedrooms has one king bed, central air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom also has lanai access, a pool view, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The shared guest bathroom has a combined tub and shower.

Guests have a private heated pool and spa, plus access to Holua Kai’s community pool and hot tub. Nearby tennis and pickleball courts at Holua Racquet & Paddle carry additional fees. Adventure equipment includes two kayaks, two paddleboards, one surfboard, snorkel sets, boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. Beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge. Free weights, a yoga mat, a foam roller, board games, books, television, and DVDs are available. A laundry room contains a washer and dryer.

Keauhou Bay is within walking distance for swimming, paddleboarding, and boat excursions. Kua Bay, Makalawena Beach, Keauhou Shopping Center, and historic Kona town are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
