The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and wine fridge. A 1,600-square-foot game room contains a pool table, 30-foot shuffleboard table, foosball, pinball, a wet bar and wine cooler.
Outdoor facilities include a heated freshwater gunite pool with an electric cover, a freestanding covered hot tub, a private hard-surface tennis court with equipment, a basketball court, a shaded covered deck and tiered landscaped grounds. There are six lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a kayak/canoe are provided. The backyard is fenced.
The second-floor master suite has a king bed, spa bath and sitting room. The individually detailed bedrooms include one king room and three queen rooms; twin-bed substitutions can be requested. Bathrooms comprise four full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Central air conditioning, heating, cable television, linens, towels, a washer and dryer are available. The homeowner handles on-site operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
