The house accommodates eight guests across 2,276 square feet, with three bathrooms. A full-width covered lanai has outdoor sofas and a dining table, opening onto a private lawn bordered by a low iron fence beside the golf course. Sliding doors connect the lanai with the living room, which has a double-height ceiling, plantation shutters, sofas and armchairs. The indoor dining table sits beside the lanai doors.
The open kitchen has a granite island with a gas cooktop, teal glass mosaic backsplash, and a separate preparation galley with a second counter and sink. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and ice machine; dishes and utensils are provided.
The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and a desk by the window. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a hall bathroom; Bedroom 3 has a wall-mounted television. Every bedroom has central air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is space for a crib or pack-and-play in the primary bedroom and Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3, and a pack-and-play is available.
The gated community offers a shared lava-rock pool, hot tub and BBQ cabanas. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, Ethernet connection, smart television, fitness room, and pickleball and tennis court. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are available; beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. The house has a private entrance, and self check-in and checkout are available.
Ko Olina's swimming lagoons and marina are within walking distance, as are Paradise Cove Luau and the Four Seasons spa. Honolulu International Airport is a short drive east on the H-1, with Waikiki farther along the same freeway.
