Before you book
House rules
A minimum stay of 29 nights is required. Electricity is capped at $500 per month; guests are charged for usage above the cap. Children are welcome. Pets are considered conditionally. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including lanais and common areas. Violations incur a penalty plus charges for any necessary cleaning, deodorizing or damage repair. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Ko Olina's swimming lagoons and marina are within walking distance of the house. The home spans two stories with an interior staircase. Parking is limited to four standard or compact vehicles, with no street or public parking in the community.
