House rules
Minimum rental period: 30 consecutive days. The full monthly rental charge applies regardless of nights stayed, and the home remains exclusively available to the renter for the full 30-day term. Electricity usage is capped at 250 dollars per month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Children are welcome.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s sandy lagoons, beach pathways, restaurants, golf club and marina are within walking distance. A car is recommended. The home has two levels.
