The house

Ko Olina Kai Estate #20 has over 2,200 square feet of furnished interiors and accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with three full bathrooms. The living room has vaulted ceilings, leather seating, a piano and large windows overlooking the golf course. The open living, dining and kitchen layout connects to a spacious lanai with outdoor dining and views of lawns, ponds and the fairway.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and ample cabinetry, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and wine fridge.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and lanai access, plus an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom on the second level.

The home has central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, televisions, satellite or cable TV, a DVD player and entertainment center. Linens, beach towels, an iron, shampoo and a smoke detector are provided. Digital phone service includes U.S. and Canada calling. Community facilities include a shared pool, hot tub, cabanas and BBQ areas.

Ko Olina’s sandy lagoons, beach pathways, golf club, restaurants and marina activities are within walking distance. Kapolei dining and shopping, Pearl Harbor historic sites and Leeward coast hiking trails are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Monthly rentals require at least 30 consecutive days, with exclusive use of the home for the full term.
