House rules
Minimum stay: 30 nights. Children are welcome. Electricity is capped at $500/month; guests are responsible for overages. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including lanais and common areas. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing or damage repair.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina lagoons, marina cruises, golf, Paradise Cove Luau and Four Seasons Spa are accessible on foot. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles are not permitted. The estate has two stories, with Guest Bedroom 2 and one guest bathroom on the ground floor.
