The house

The estate accommodates up to eight guests and has three bathrooms, a ground-level walk-out, a private lanai with outdoor seating, and a yard facing the golf course. The living area has high ceilings, large windows, leather seating, an entertainment system and a piano, with a dining table and breakfast bar nearby.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and cooking and dining utensils. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, multiple TVs with satellite or cable, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron and beach towels are provided. The property has a private entrance, smoke detectors and security cameras.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, golf-course view, seating area, TV and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Ground-floor Guest Bedroom 2 has twin beds convertible to a king. Guest Bedroom 3 has a double bed, ceiling fan and TV. One guest bathroom is on the ground floor; the other is upstairs and shared by two bedrooms.

Shared community facilities include a lava-rock-accented pool, hot tub, BBQ cabanas and landscaped grounds. Ko Olina lagoons, marina cruises, golf, Paradise Cove Luau and Four Seasons Spa are accessible on foot. Dining and shopping are available within the resort. A car is recommended. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate standard or compact vehicles only. Stays require a minimum of 30 nights.
