House rules
Minimum stay: 30 consecutive days, in keeping with City and County of Honolulu Ordinance 19-18. The unit is reserved exclusively to the renter for that period. Electricity is capped at $400 per month; usage above that is billed to the guest. No smoking or vaping of any kind indoors, on the lanai or in common areas. Children are welcome.
Getting there
Ko Olina's four sheltered lagoons are a short walk away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and there is no public or street parking in the community. A vehicle that does not fit may be turned away at check-in.
