The house

The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Hardwood floors connect the open living, dining and kitchen areas. Sliding doors lead from the living room to a private furnished lanai overlooking a green backyard. The dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless appliances, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ice machine and rice cooker, along with dishes and utensils. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, beach towels and a private entrance are provided.

The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan, smart TV and a dual-sink ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a ceiling fan and smart TV, with a second full bathroom adjacent.

Shared facilities within the gated grounds include a community pool, hot tub and BBQ cabanas, a short walk from the condo. Ko Olina's four sheltered lagoons are within walking distance. Golf, the marina and resort dining are nearby; Honolulu, Waikiki and Pearl Harbor are a short drive away, and HNL airport is reached via the H-1.

A minimum stay of 30 consecutive days applies, with exclusive use of the unit for that period. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate standard or compact vehicles only. Children are welcome.
