House rules
Monthly rental with a minimum stay of 29 nights. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana, are prohibited throughout the premises, including interiors, balconies, patios and common areas. Electricity usage over $500/month is billed to the guest.
Getting there
The condo is upstairs. Ko Olina lagoons, beaches and beachfront paths are a short walk away, as are local dining and shopping. Golf courses and watersports are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and street or public parking is unavailable. Vehicles that do not fit may result in denied check-in.
