The house

The condo has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area, with plush seating, a large flat-screen TV, a dining table for six and sliding doors to a private lanai. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine and dishes and utensils. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and direct lanai access. Guest Bedroom 1 also has a flat-screen TV. A separate guest bathroom serves the condo. Central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, a private entrance and a starter supply of toiletries, dish soap and laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels and beach gear are available. Children are welcome.

Shared community facilities include a pool with loungers, a hot tub, landscaped gardens and walking paths. Ko Olina lagoons, beaches, beachfront paths, local dining and shopping are a short walk away. Golf courses, watersports, shopping centers, entertainment and family activities are a short drive away. A car is recommended.

Stays require a minimum of 29 nights. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate standard or compact vehicles only; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated.
