House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. The full monthly charge applies regardless of how many nights are used; no prorating is available. Electricity usage is capped at $400/month; guests are responsible for excess usage. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited in the unit, on the lanai and in common areas. Violations may result in penalties, additional cleaning fees or eviction without refund.
Getting there
Ko Olina’s lagoons and marina are a short stroll away. Golf, shops, dining, Aulani Disney Resort and the Four Seasons Resort are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for compact or standard vehicles; oversized vehicles and street/public parking are not available.
