The house

Ko Olina Kai 1051A has 1,144 square feet of living space, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area has a flat-screen TV, LVP flooring and sliding doors opening to a private lanai overlooking tropical landscaping.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample counters and cabinetry, a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining table. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan, ample storage and an updated ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, vanities and custom cabinetry. The guest bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan, and there is a separate guest bathroom. Central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, an iron, a private entrance and a smoke detector are provided.

Shared community facilities include a pool, hot tub, BBQ cabanas, tennis courts and fitness center. Ko Olina’s lagoons, marina, golf course, shops and dining are within walking distance, as are Aulani Disney Resort and the Four Seasons Resort. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate compact or standard vehicles only.

Stays require a minimum of 29 nights. The full monthly charge applies even when fewer nights are used, with no prorating. Electricity usage is capped at $400/month, and guests are responsible for excess usage.
