House rules
A 30-day minimum rental is required, and the full monthly rate applies regardless of nights stayed. Electricity has a $500/month cap; guests are responsible for usage above the cap. Children are welcome. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited throughout the property, including interiors, balconies, patios, and common areas. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. Violations incur a penalty and charges for necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair, and may lead to eviction without refund.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Shops, cafés, lagoon pathways, and beaches are a short stroll away; the Ko Olina lagoons are minutes away. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles, with no oversized vehicles, large SUVs, public parking, or street parking. The villa has two stories, with one guest bedroom on the ground floor and the twin bedroom on the second floor.
