The house

Ko Olina Kai 1033C offers 1,625 sq ft of living space with vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living and dining area, television, and sliding glass doors leading to a private garden-facing lanai for outdoor dining.

The fully equipped kitchen has wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an induction cooktop, and a breakfast bar seating six. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, private lanai access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The ground-floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The second-floor guest bedroom, near the primary bedroom, has two twin beds that cannot be converted into a king. Two additional bathrooms, one upstairs and one on the main level, each have a tub/shower combination.

Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach gear, an iron, starter amenities, a private entrance, and a smoke detector are provided. Guests have access to shared community pools, a hot tub, barbecue areas, and walking paths.

Shops, cafés, lagoon pathways, and beaches are a short stroll away. Ko Olina Station and Ko Olina Center offer shopping and dining, and golf, watersports, hiking trails, cultural sites, and Kapolei entertainment are a short drive away. A 30-day minimum rental applies.
