House rules
No smoking or vaping in the villa, lanai or common areas. No pets; service animals are permitted under the ADA. Children are welcome. Long-term stays are allowed. Additional vehicle parking carries a one-time fee of $25 for compact/standard vehicles or $50 for oversized vehicles, subject to availability.
Getting there
The villa is on the ninth floor in a community with elevators. A beachfront walking path connects all four lagoons. Ko Olina Lagoons, Ko Olina Golf Club, Island Country Market, Roy’s and Monkeypod Kitchen are within walking reach. Complimentary parking is limited to one compact-size stall; additional vehicle parking is subject to availability.
