The house

The villa sleeps six and has two full bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, a large Smart TV and pocket sliding doors opening to a private lanai. The dining table seats six. The lanai overlooks the lagoon and resort grounds, with ocean and sunset views.

The kitchen has granite counters, a center island with preparation and seating space, Wolf appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and a wine cooler. Appliances include a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven and blender.

The primary bedroom has ocean views, lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Both bedrooms have central air conditioning, ceiling fans and space for a crib or Pack and Play. Additional sleeping accommodation is in the living room.

Central air conditioning and ceiling fans extend throughout the villa. Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are provided. Children are welcome, and a Pack and Play is available.

Shared resort facilities include two lagoon-style swimming pools, three whirlpool spas, a fitness center, barbecue areas and picnic pavilions. A beachfront walking path connects all four lagoons. The community has gated entry, elevators and on-site security.

Ko Olina Lagoons, Ko Olina Golf Club, Island Country Market, Roy’s and Monkeypod Kitchen are within walking reach. Kapolei shopping centers, Wet‘n’Wild Hawaii, Coral Creek Golf Course and local hiking trails are a short drive away. One compact-size parking stall is complimentary; additional vehicles incur a one-time fee and are subject to availability. Long-term stays are also allowed.
