House rules
No smoking. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:45 every day and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable €400 security deposit per booking is paid on arrival by credit-card hold. Cancellation charges are 0% of the total prepayment amount until 29 days before check-in, 100% of the total prepayment amount from 28 to 8 days before check-in, and 100% of the total rent from 7 days before check-in through check-in and for no-shows.
Getting there
The Hahnenkamm Gondola and ski slope are 300 m away; skiing via the Asten piste or Streif reaches within 50 m of the door. The town centre, shops, restaurants and cafés are 800 m away. The train and bus stations are 300 m away. The property has one parking space near the building.
