The house

Apartment Kitzkamm is a renovated 100 m² apartment with views of Kitzbühel and the surrounding mountains. Skiing via the Asten piste or Streif reaches within 50 m of the door, and hiking and biking routes begin outside. The apartment has three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a double bed. The master bedroom has balcony access with views of the Streif. There is an open-plan living room with timber floors, a dining corner, large sofa and flat-screen TV, plus a galley-style kitchen with cooking utensils, refrigerator, oven, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The apartment has one bathroom with a bath, wash basin and WC, a second bathroom with shower and wash basin, and an additional guest WC. A patio, shared garden access, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, central heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and one open-air parking space near the building are provided. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €205 per booking, and a cot/crib is available for €15 per booking.

Heating, internet access, open-air parking, certified disinfection, express self-check-in and arrival outside office hours are included. A refundable €400 security deposit per booking is held by credit card on arrival.
