House rules
No smoking. Groups of young people up to 22 years are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €400 per booking is payable on arrival by credit-card hold. Bed linen costs €10 per person, towels cost €10 per person, final cleaning costs €130 per booking, and a cot/crib costs €15 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Arrival outside the stated office hours and express self check-in are included services.

Kitzbühel town centre is stated to be a 10-minute stroll away. The bus stop connecting with the Kitzbüheler Horn and Hahnenkamm gondola is stated to be 200 m from the apartment. Shops are 40 m away, the bus station is 450 m away, Kitzbühel train station is 500 m away, the town centre is 1 km away, and Hahnenkammbahn ski slope is 1.8 km away.
