The house

The approximately 85 m² apartment has a modern full-size kitchen with glass-ceramic hotplate, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It has an open-plan living and dining room with English and German TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi, plus a balcony with outdoor furniture and mountain views. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and one with a bunk bed. A sleeping couch is also provided in the living room.

Access to the main bedroom and bathroom is only through the second bedroom. The apartment has one large bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and WC, an additional separate WC, a washing machine, central heating, a lift, satellite TV, garden furniture, bicycle parking and open-air parking in the same building. Kitzbühel town centre is stated to be a 10-minute stroll away; the bus stop connecting with the Kitzbüheler Horn and Hahnenkamm gondola is stated to be 200 m away.

Shops are 40 m away, Kitzbühel train station is 500 m away, Kitzbühel town centre is 1 km away, and Hahnenkammbahn ski slope is 1.8 km away.
