This listing is for exclusive use of the Main House and Pool House. The Tree House is not included and is only available when booking the 'Kina Retreat - Tasman Luxury Estate' property. Private holiday home - This home is a personal holiday home. The home is extremely well equipped & presented as photographed, however, some of the owner's personal belongings will remain at the home in wardrobes, pantries etc. While very little is sacrificed in terms of the 'guest experience', this aspect has been factored into pricing, providing you with incredible value relative to similar properties around the country.
Getting there
Rural area with mains power, tank water & rural broadband internet. 99% of the time these services will run perfectly, but the rural nature of the property can occasionally mean that some patience & understanding is necessary.
Rates, availability and terms are on the host’s website. Dates, prices, deposits and the cancellation policy are all set by the host on holidaynelson.co.nz.
