Sliding glass doors open onto a private lanai with outdoor seating and dining, coastline views and sunset views. Seasonal spinner-dolphin sightings are possible offshore.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, split-system air conditioning, ocean views and access to a private shaded lanai. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and lanai access. The remodeled full bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate vanity; a bathtub is also listed among the amenities.
The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and storage. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, dishes and utensils.
