Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $225 dollars applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Electric-vehicle charging is unavailable; guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging. Self check-in and check-out are available with smartlock entry; 24-hour check-in is offered.
Getting there
Upper-level unit reached by stairs. A car is recommended. Oceanside picnic tables overlooking the lava-rock coastline are less than 100 yards away on foot. Shoreline access, the pavilion and tennis courts are within walking distance. Kahaluʻu Beach Park, Keauhou Shopping Center, Keauhou Bay and Historic Ali‘i Drive attractions are a short drive away.
