The house

The center-unit condominium has an open-plan living area with vaulted ceilings, a Queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV and sliding doors to an ocean-view lanai with dining and lounging space. The indoor dining table seats up to eight with its extra leaf, and there is a breakfast bar. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, coffee maker and grinder, rice cooker, toaster, kettle and blender.

The primary bedroom has a King bed, ocean views, lanai access, a dresser, a separate private entrance and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Shoji-style sliding doors open the room toward the living area or close for privacy. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, mountain views, a ceiling fan, dresser and private access. The loft has a Queen bed and three Twin beds, mountain views, ceiling fans, dresser and TV. Each room has independently controlled split-system air conditioning.

Community facilities include a large shared pool, hot tub, three tennis courts with an instructor available for lessons, a covered pavilion with restrooms and showers, BBQ stations, oceanfront picnic areas, walking trails and preserved Hawaiian archaeological sites. A fitness room is also available. Beach chairs, beach towels, a picnic case, washer and dryer, crib, high chair, laptop-friendly workspace and free parking are provided. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Oceanside picnic tables overlooking the lava-rock coast are less than 100 yards away on foot. Shoreline access, the pavilion and tennis courts are within walking distance. Kahaluʻu Beach Park, Keauhou Shopping Center, Keauhou Bay and Historic Ali‘i Drive attractions are a short drive away. The upper-level unit is reached by stairs, and a car is recommended.
