House rules
Guests cannot access the kitchen or cook themselves. Outside food may be ordered, with the caretaker able to help with nearby restaurant menus. Loud music is allowed within limits from 10:00 to 22:00; guests should keep noise mild and within the villa. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Events and shoots require the owner's approval; pool access for such events also requires approval. Meals for events can be arranged at an additional cost, and deposits or additional charges may apply.
Getting there
Kihim Beach is 1 km away. The recommended way to reach the villa is by private car or taxi. Public-transport routes include a ferry to Mandwa Jetty followed by a cab.
