Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
Yes, you can book just one room; contact the property for this.
Is outside food allowed, and can guests cook themselves?
Guests cannot access the kitchen. Meals are available through the cloud kitchen service, and the caretaker can help with menus from nearby restaurants.
How do we reach the villa by public transport?
Take an M2M Ferry from Ferry Wharf Gate in Mumbai to Mandwa Jetty, or a ferry from Gateway of India to Mandwa Jetty, then take a cab from Mandwa Jetty.
Are loud music and events allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits from 10:00 to 22:00. Events and shoots are allowed subject to the owner's approval, with additional conditions and charges potentially applying.
