House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Loud music is allowed only within limits and during specified hours, with guests asked to keep noise mild and within the villa. Events and shoots require homeowner approval. The property accommodates a maximum of 48 people overnight for events or shoots, and pool access for those events requires homeowner approval. Meals for events can be arranged at additional cost.
Getting there
The villa is near Kanota Dam on private farmland, just off the Delhi-Mumbai Highway. Roads connecting to the property are described as good; guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
