Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
You cannot book just one room; the entire home must be booked.
Can guests use the fridge?
Guests can use the common fridge to store food and beverages.
Is loud music allowed?
Loud music is allowed within limits and during specific hours. Guests should respect neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.
Are the roads to the property good?
Roads connecting to the property are good. Guests are advised to check road and weather conditions before travelling.
Can the home be reserved for a film, photo or advertisement shoot?
Events and shoots are allowed subject to homeowner approval. Meals can be arranged at additional cost, overnight event capacity is up to 48 people, pool access requires homeowner approval, and additional charges or a refundable deposit may apply.
