The property is exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day rental period, with no other occupants during that period. Please inquire for rental details. Children are welcome. Pets are considered. Smoking is not allowed. The property is suitable for events. A minimum-age restriction applies.
Getting there
Direct beachfront access: walk from the property onto Kailua Beach. The bedrooms span two levels. Guest bedroom 4 has an exterior entrance with no interior access. A car is recommended but not necessary.
