The house

The furnished home spans two levels and has redesigned living and dining spaces, floor-to-ceiling glass, ocean views, multiple lounges and a dedicated media room with a queen sleeper sofa. The dining area overlooks the tropical landscaping and pool terrace.

The kitchen has a waterfall marble island, generous preparation space, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, wine fridge and ice maker. Outdoor facilities include a private courtyard pool, hot tub, shaded seating, outdoor dining, BBQ, garden, outdoor shower and balconies or decks. Beach towels are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a full ensuite bathroom, ocean views, a balcony or deck and central air conditioning. Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a king bed, full ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning and garden, mountain and water views. Guest bedroom 4 has the same bed and bathroom arrangement, a balcony or deck and an exterior entrance with no interior access. Guest bedroom 5 has a double bed, half ensuite bathroom, split air conditioning, garden and water views, and a balcony or deck.

Bedrooms have blackout drapes and space for a crib or pack-and-play. Some bathrooms have soaking tubs, stone finishes, dual vanities and garden outlooks.

Additional facilities include a washer and dryer, smart TVs, satellite or cable television, a speaker system, high-speed Wi-Fi and laptop-friendly work areas. The home has security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

Kailua Beach is directly accessible on foot. Lanikai Beach, Waimanalo Beach, Kane'ohe Bay Sandbar and the Lanikai Pillbox Hike are a short drive away. Nearby shops and dining options include Whole Foods, Safeway, Target, Kalapawai Cafe, Down to Earth and Maui Brewing Co. The property is offered exclusively to one renter for a full 30-day period.
