Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. The living-room queen sleeper sofa accommodates two additional guests within the eight-guest maximum. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging.
Getting there
Lava-rock shoreline and tide pools are steps from the gated yard. Downtown Kailua Kona is a leisurely stroll away. Kahalu'u snorkel beach and Magic Sands are a short drive away; KOA airport is a 15-minute drive. A car is recommended but not necessary. An elevator connects all three floors. Electric-vehicle charging is unavailable.
