The house

The top-floor great room has high ceilings, local artwork, sofas, a dining table, and pocket doors opening onto an ocean-view lanai. The kitchen includes granite countertops, a five-burner cooktop, dual ovens, a wine fridge, and a pass-through window to the lanai, along with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, cookware, and utensils.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite with dual shower heads, and access to an ocean-view lanai. Guest Bedroom 2 has a California king bed, a smart TV, and access to a shared oceanfront lanai. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and mountain views. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates two additional guests. Split air conditioning and ceiling fans serve the entire home.

An elevator connects all three floors. Two lanais provide outdoor seating; the second-floor lanai has lounge seating, while the top-floor lanai has ceiling fans and a Weber gas grill. The grounds include an oceanfront hot tub, a private putting green, an outdoor shower, a private yard, and a lava-rock terrace with tide pools beside the shoreline.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, smart TVs, washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and basic snorkel gear. Gated entry leads to covered parking. Self check-in and checkout are available. Safety equipment includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and security cameras.

Cafés, a farmers market, Hulihe'e Palace, and pier departures for manta-ray night dives are within walking distance. Kahalu'u snorkel beach, Magic Sands, Holualoa coffee farms, and Makalei Golf Club are a short drive away. KOA airport is a 15-minute drive.
