Before you book
House rules
A five-night minimum stay is required. Six nights are required for Thanksgiving week, and seven nights are required over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and occupy the property for the entire rental period. No smoking and no pets are permitted. The five-bedroom configuration accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, including no more than 10 adults. The two cottage suites remain vacant and locked unless added before arrival. A signed waiver is required for discounted rental of cruiser bicycles, kayaks, and paddleboards. Seven-night stays include one mid-week light housekeeping visit; shorter stays can purchase housekeeping in three-hour blocks. A departure cleaning fee is required for all stays, and a concierge and transport fee, 13% occupancy tax, and 3.50% administration fee are added to rates.
Getting there
The villa is in Cayman Kai, 53 minutes or 27 miles from Owen Roberts Airport. Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and Kaibo Marina are a two-minute walk away; Starfish Point is a five-minute walk; the bioluminescent bay is a 10-minute walk; and Rum Point Club is a five-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service outside town is described as unreliable and expensive, and Uber and Lyft are unavailable on the island.
