The house

Kaia Kamina is an 8,000-square-foot beachfront villa with modern West Indies living space. The villa has a private child-friendly beach, gentle Caribbean waters, an elevated private infinity pool, a veranda lounge, screened dining lanai, outdoor kitchen, petanque court, game room, deluxe gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, off-street parking, and beach equipment. The five-bedroom configuration sleeps up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults.

The two cottage suites are excluded from this configuration and remain vacant and locked unless added before arrival. The villa is a two-minute walk from Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and Kaibo Marina, a five-minute walk from Starfish Point, a 10-minute walk from the bioluminescent bay, and a five-minute drive from Rum Point Club.
