Smoking is not allowed. Standard and maximum occupancy are six guests; extra guest fees apply if approved. The home is reserved exclusively for renters for a full 30-day rental period, with no other occupants permitted during that time. Full-month occupancy is not required, but monthly charges are fixed and not prorated. Online bookings require manager or owner approval. An Electric Security Deposit of $400 is required to cover potential excess electricity usage. A maximum of $250 in electricity usage is included; unused portions are refunded after check-out. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Nonworking cameras are mounted in the eaves facing the street and beach access areas. Two outward-facing Ring doorbell cameras are located at the front and an exterior door.
Getting there
Beaches are a short stroll away. Kailua shops and dining are a short drive away. A car is recommended.
