The house

The 1,690-square-foot home has ocean and garden views, a furnished living area and an ocean-view dining area seating six. The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and cooking utensils. A barbecue is also available.

An oceanfront lanai has lounge seating, and the private landscaped yard offers sunny and shaded areas. Beaches are a short stroll away; Kailua shops and dining are a short drive away.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean and garden views, split air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, ocean and garden views, split air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, garden views and split air conditioning. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bathroom essentials, a safe, a hair dryer, an iron, television with satellite or cable service, a smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker. Beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a cooler are available. Additional beach equipment can be rented for a charge. The home has a private entrance, free parking and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.

The home is offered for an exclusive 30-day rental period, although occupying it for the entire month is not required. Online bookings require manager or owner approval.
