House rules
Minimum stay: 29 nights. Children are welcome. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property or community grounds. Electricity is included up to $500 per month; usage above that amount is billed to the guest. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.
Getting there
Direct beach access is steps from the lanai. Ko Olina's four lagoons are a short walk away along a flat sidewalk. A car is recommended. Parking accommodates two compact or standard vehicles in assigned garage spaces and one vehicle in the driveway; oversized vehicles are not permitted. Neighboring redevelopment began March 2, 2026 and is expected to continue for approximately 21 months, with work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; occasional construction noise, traffic and light dust may occur.
