The house

The home has ocean views from its open-plan living space, a private entrance, and a private furnished lanai opening off the living room. Living-room seating faces the lanai doors, and the dining table seats six. Central air conditioning runs throughout, and all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower and a separate tub. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed; a second full bathroom serves both guest rooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a range, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, ice machine, cookware and utensils. A washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable service, linens, shampoo and an iron are provided. Beach towels and mats are available for trips to the lagoons.

The gated residential community has a shared pool, hot tub and BBQ area. Direct beach access is steps from the lanai, and Ko Olina's four lagoons are a short walk away along a flat sidewalk. Ko Olina Golf Club, the marina and resort restaurants are a short drive away, as are shops and groceries in Kapolei. A car is recommended.

Stays require a minimum of 29 nights. Electricity is included up to $500 per month, with excess usage billed to the guest. Two assigned garage spaces accommodate compact or standard vehicles, with room for one additional vehicle in the driveway; oversized vehicles are not permitted.

Redevelopment at the neighboring former Paradise Cove Luau property began March 2, 2026 and is expected to last approximately 21 months. Scheduled work is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, and may cause occasional noise, traffic or light dust.
