House rules
The Island Houses observe an outdoor noise curfew at 10:00 PM. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted. Discounted rentals of cruiser bicycles, kayaks and paddleboards require a signed waiver. A cleaning fee is included due to enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols.
Getting there
The townhome overlooks the Bioluminescent Bay and a sandy beachfront. The Rum Point Club is a short walk across the street. Kaibo restaurants and marina are farther south on Water Cay Road. The Bioluminescent Bay is suitable for kayaking and paddleboarding but is not suitable for swimming because of its soft muddy bottom.
