The house

Kai Kotch is a two-level townhome with island-style furnishings. The ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area opening onto a screened two-story atrium with water views, lounge seating and outdoor dining. The home has high-speed Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a dishwasher and small appliances. Outdoor chairs and a charcoal grill are provided. The townhome overlooks a sandy beachfront and the calm waters of the Bioluminescent Bay.

A large communal pool and sundeck are approximately 100 feet away. Complimentary water toys include two tandem kayaks, two single kayaks, two paddleboards and a two-person pedal boat. The Rum Point Club is across the street, with food, drinks, watersports, snorkeling and live events. Kaibo restaurants and marina are farther south on Water Cay Road and provide ferry service to Seven Mile Beach.

Bedroom 1 is an upper-level waterfront primary suite with a king bed, cable television, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower bath. Bedroom 2 is an upper-level waterfront bedroom with two queen beds, cable television, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower bath. The lower-level den has a double futon. Complimentary pack-and-plays are available at the Welcome Center.
