House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. An extra fee applies for additional guests above standard occupancy. A mandatory utility fee of $750 per month applies to all stays of 21 days or more. The property is exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period, during which no one else may occupy it; please inquire about this arrangement. Beach equipment rentals are available at an additional charge.
Getting there
Kahala Beach and Diamond Head are a short walk away. Shopping, golf courses, museums and dining are minutes away. A car is recommended. The separate detached cottage is under renovation and is inaccessible to guests.
