The house

The home has 2,355 square feet of indoor–outdoor living space. An open living area with a sectional sofa, television and ceiling fan connects to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, espresso machine, ice machine, blender, toaster and rice cooker.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, an ensuite bathroom and outdoor access. Each of the three guest bedrooms has a queen bed. All four bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans and pool views.

Outside are a private garden and yard, a private pool, a hot tub and a lanai/balcony. Beach gear includes a cooler, towels, chairs and an umbrella; beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge. A washer, dryer, linens, iron, hair dryer, television and printer/scanner/fax are provided.

Kahala Beach and Diamond Head are a short walk away. Shopping, golf courses, museums and dining are minutes away. A car is recommended. The detached cottage is under renovation and is not accessible to guests. The home is made exclusively available to the renter for a full 30-day period; please inquire about the rental arrangement.
