House rules
The residence is exclusively for peaceful residential vacation stays. Parties, weddings, receptions, events and large gatherings are prohibited. Respect surrounding homes and community guidelines. Children are welcome. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.
Getting there
The estate occupies an oceanfront, beachfront setting in Kahala. Waikiki is 10 minutes away and Hanauma Bay is 20 minutes away. Waialae Beach Park is nearby. The oceanfront location may experience occasional environmental sounds and ocean conditions. Four main-house bedrooms are upstairs; one is downstairs.
